On a full moon-lit night, a young girl sleeps inside a cosy homemade fort. Her open sketchbook reveals a drawing of something monstrous reaching for a boy, as a nearby phone receives a text from Dad saying he will be home soon.

A shadow creeps through the old rural house and into the fort - the girl wakes with a start as her older brother indicates to be quiet. She reluctantly follows him to the staircase, where he looks expectantly up the darkened stairs - but the house is quiet. The girl rolls her eyes, unimpressed, until a sudden noise causes her to hide behind her brother. He shines a torch up the stairs as ominous footsteps descend towards them, but the torchlight reveals nothing.

The girl desperately drags her brother away and dives into the fort. The boy
watches the empty stairs, mesmerised, as the girl looks to her monster sketch with dark understanding. The footsteps cease as the boy fearfully turns to his sister, who uses the phone camera to reveal the monster behind him. As he looks at her in panic, the girl coldly raises a finger to her lips to be quiet.
